NOTICEWIN is a product of House Flax, Italy, VAT-ID 12786200969. These terms govern use of the Noticewin desk, the 90-day pack, and paid plans (Desk, Studio, Hold). Contact for any matter under these terms: hello@houseflax.com.

The software is a renewal desk. You type instruments (vendors, retainers, leases, insurance, domains, other). Noticewin computes notice windows, annualized burn, and a keep / cut / renegotiate brief. Recommendations are operator aids, not legal, accounting, or procurement advice. You remain responsible for what you send to vendors and clients.

Trial is 7 days and 10 instruments, measured from the day you create the account. When it ends the desk stays readable and exportable, but new instruments require a plan. Paid plans are billed by Stripe; access is granted to the email address used at checkout. Founding Desk pricing is $49 for the first 40 Desk seats. We may refuse or close workspaces that abuse the trial.

To cancel, write to the address above. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves the current paid period running to its end. You can close the account entirely at any time, and we will delete it as described in the privacy policy.

Your account lives on our server; your instrument list is stored in the browser you use. Clearing that browser’s site data deletes the list, and we hold no copy to restore from — export a backup from the Instruments page if it matters to you. We do not currently offer hosted multi-device sync as part of these terms.

Guarantee: if a paid workspace cannot surface at least one renewal inside 90 days from a real list of 10+ tools, we extend the month. Refunds on first charge are described on the refund page.
