Refund

Refund: 7 days on first charge.

If you paid Desk, Studio, Hold, or the $79 90-day pack and you want out of that first charge, write to hello@houseflax.com within seven days of the Stripe payment, from the address you paid with. We refund the first charge, normally within five working days. Subsequent months are not refunded pro rata unless the law requires it.

Guarantee, separate from the refund window: if a paid workspace cannot surface at least one renewal inside 90 days from a real list of 10+ tools, we extend the month. That is time on the desk, not automatically cash back.
